Stravaigin has always had our own international approach to Scotland’s peerless larder. We’ve always relished the challenge of matching Shetland mussels, Perthshire venison, pigeon from Fife, asparagus from Inchinnan with exotic ingredients from around the globe. Our mantra, ‘Think Global, Eat Local’ suited us perfectly from the very beginning; eating and drinking is life, and life is meant to be fun.
